Backgrounds
Because we wanted to incorporate multiple art styles whilst maintaining visual consistency, all backgrounds are combinations of 3D models made from scratch and digital overpainting on top of real photographs.

Character Sprites
Similar to the backgrounds, we wanted to maintain our art style variance in the characters as well. The Host's masked sprites were drawn in Krita while his unmasked head sprites were made in Aseprite. The Main Character (MC) sprites were created in Adobe Animate to make use of the angular sharp edges that is easy to achieve in the program.
